Alistair founded Barr Gazetas to create places for people at all scales. He believes that culture creates catalysts for positive change.
At Greenwich and Camden Markets, Barr Gazetas have made market and co-working spaces for designers and makers. He led the judging team that awarded Great Street to Wood Street, E17, in 2016.

Barr Gazetas were chosen for one of the Making Places initiatives in Waltham Forest. Their “Long Table” in Albert Crescent, E4, was designed with local groups to create a feature that encourages creativity and events.
