Amira has been the driving force for Fraser Property’s sustainability credentials, aiding in the release of the company’s net zero roadmap in 2021, which set out the company’s aims to achieve net zero across its portfolio by 2050, net zero carbon across operational areas by 2030, to certify 80% of its portfolio with green building certifications by 2024, and to finance most of its portfolio with green and sustainable financing.

 

An example of her work is the securing of a £110m 5-year bilateral sustainability linked loan for Hillington Park, the company’s business park in Scotland. This is in addition to a huge $6bn+ in sustainability linked loans company-wide.
