Anastasia Stella
An embodied carbon specialist with expertise in developing strategies to reduce the embodied carbon of built environment projects, Anastasia is highly skilled at embedding whole-life carbon and circular economy principles into the design process. 

With a background in architectural engineering, her wealth of experience in whole-life carbon assessments, circular economy statements (CES) and the development of net zero strategies has seen her provide expert sustainability input for major projects across the UK. 

Her extensive portfolio includes the sustainability-focused 94,000 sq ft Edenica commercial scheme on London’s Fetter Lane where Anastasia implemented a ground-breaking digital material passporting system to maximise future material circularity. She was also recently involved with reviewing circular economy statements for the Greater London Authority (GLA) and supported the update of the GLA’s CES guidance.
