Andrew has over 25 years’ experience of planning for, promoting and funding strategic infrastructure in roles including Head of London Plan at the GLA, Strategic Infrastructure Planning Manager at the West London Alliance and, most recently, Head of Transport Strategy at Barnet Council. Over this time he has worked on Crossrail and its funding (including the first Mayoral Community Infrastructure Levy) and the proposed West London Orbital. At Barnet he works on a range of strategic transport projects including a new Underground station at Colindale and integrating transport with town centre renewal schemes.
