Andrew is a chartered civil engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the planning, design, and delivery of major highways and infrastructure projects.  
 
Andrew has developed a wealth of experience around transport planning, active travel, major project delivery, public consultation, development consent orders, low carbon construction, and digital delivery in his career. He actively serves as a representative for the Department for Transport on PIARC’s (The World Road Association) technical committees, sharing best practice, innovation, and insights with global industry leaders. 
 
He feels the best projects should leave a positive legacy for communities, whether this is through better air quality, safer road networks, new amenities, or journey time reliability.
