Andrew Harland is a director and trustee of LDA Design, an independent design consultancy which connects people and place through landscape. Andrew jointly led the final masterplan of the London 2012 Olympic Park and its post-Games transition, creating one of Europe’s most successful new landscapes. His connection to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park remains strong, including helping to shape the public realm for Stratford Waterfront, the largest cultural investment in London since the South Bank. Andrew believes in a first life approach to design, connecting people closely with nature and creating fairer, more sustainable, and more diverse places.
