Andrew is a Director at RM_A with over 25 years’ experience delivering residential and mixed-use projects across a wide range of scales, including tall buildings, on complex and sensitive urban sites. He joined the practice as a graduate in 1999, and his professional growth has paralleled the development and success of the studio over the past three decades. 

 

Andrew is passionate about the collaborative nature of architecture, working with teams and communities from initial concept through to completion. He is driven by the creative resolution of complex challenges, from community engagement and regeneration, to viability and construction, to design and deliver places where people can thrive.  He works closely with clients, consultants, local authorities and stakeholders to resolve planning, viability and construction challenges while maintaining design quality. 

 

Alongside his project work, Andrew contributes to the strategic development of the practice, mentoring future generations of architects and supporting the continued growth and evolution of the studio.
