Andy is a Partner of Hoare Lea and Hotel and Hospitality lead for the firm and has a wonderfully varied and multi-faceted experienced career over the past 25 years in Design, Cost Consultancy and Contracting. This rounded experience has benefitted him hugely offering a very balanced and pragmatic approach to design and project collaboration. 

 

He has worked across a broad spectrum of hotels ranging from budget branded hotels through to high end luxury. His most recent success was as lead partner responsible for the delivery of the exciting Nomad London. He is also currently leading our work on some exciting new hotel projects which includes the prestigious Admiralty Arch, 15 Old Bailey London and Hoxton hotels brands across Europe.

 

His specialism in hospitality projects has given him an in-depth understanding of the requirements from all stakeholders. He has a keen interest in developing low carbon hotels with a focus on health and wellbeing which ultimately achieve exceptional guest experiences.
