Since early 2014, Antony Kingston has been heading up the Royal Wharf development on behalf of Ballymore & Oxley Holdings.

Royal Wharf is an exemplary regeneration project comprising 3,385 residential units, retail and business uses and a school set in 37 acres of landscaped grounds. Prior to this he ran Tecton Land, a development and asset management consultancy; was Development Director at Generator Group LLP; and a Divisional Director at Workspace Group PLC. During the earlier stages of his career he worked at Countryside Properties and Gerald Eve, Chartered Surveyors.
