Arita is Director and a multi-award-winning architect at London based practice Child Graddon Lewis. Combining strong design and technical skills with over 25 years’ worth of experience, her expertise centres upon masterplanning, housing, and mixed-use design for schemes located on complex urban sites.

 

Alongside Arita's work at Child Graddon Lewis, she is also a non-executive director for Peabody’s Development Committee, a member of the Tower Hamlets Quality Review Panel, and for the past four years has chaired the NLA’s Expert Panel for Technical Competency. She is also invited regularly as judge for a host of major architectural and design awards, including the NLA New London Awards.

 

Arita is currently designing and delivering significant regeneration projects across London, for both private and public clients such as Vistry, Hill, Southern Housing Group, the London Borough of Brent, Hackney Council, the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Tower Hamlets Council and Westminster City Council.
