Arthur came to Europe from China 17 years ago. He started his property career from DTZ in 2010, specialized in helping Chinese company relocating to UK.

He started his own property business in 2012. He was also appointed as Head of Hunan Business Association in UK since 2014 helping bilateral trade and investment for UK and Hunan.
