Ashley is passionate about designing a built environment that supports wellbeing and resource efficiency. He has a background in building services engineering specialising in sustainable development. He is a Partner and Head of Sustainability at Hoare Lea, with experience across on a range of sectors including mixed-use development, workplace and educational buildings. He's keen for the industry to target net zero carbon development and focus on high performance outcomes. He is Vice President of CIBSE and member of RIBA Sustainable Futures Group.
