With nearly twenty years’ experience in UK property, Barry leads new business, sales and marketing for First Base.

His core role is to identify development opportunities, ensure that the product is consistent with the target audiences and deliver strong process and sales rates for the business. Barry has taken the lead on all First Base projects including Adelaide Wharf, Printworks, Highbury Gardens, East Village (Olympic Park), all of which have sold exceptionally well, exceeded investors’ expectations and set industry benchmarks. Barry is currently focused on the Silvertown, the 62 acre site in Royal Docks leading on commercial and residential activity.
