Bill is a director at WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff and worked on the Shard from the earliest stages of the design development to completion in 2012. 

Currently Bill is delivering air rights solutions for Network Rail and TfL in addition to a major office and retail development at Paddington and a new stadium for Chelsea FC. Bill also has responsibility for the client management function within WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff which involves driving connectivity and growth across disciplines and UK offices.
