Bridget is a Director in the industrial and Logistics team with a focus on urban logistics, industrial intensification and mixed use in London and the South East. She advises occupiers, developers, funds and property companies on acquisitions, disposals, development and other issues relating to their exposure and investment in the industrial property market. She has provided industrial market advice to clients with mixed use developments and worked with their architects to provide specification and design briefs on the industrial element of residential led schemes. Prior to this she was a director in the Industrial and logistics team in JLL. She has a background in lease advisory airport property and is a thought leader on urban logistics.
