Bruce Glockling is the Head of Regeneration for the London Borough of Southwark. He has more than 30 years senior management experience as a technical and education client working for the London Boroughs of Tower Hamlets, Wandsworth and Southwark. He has been responsible for the planning and design of many new schools in all three London councils. He was the BSF Project Director for Wandsworth Council, including the 2015 Stirling Prize Winning Burntwood School. More recently he also led the primary school expansion programme for new schools in Southwark.
 
Bruce has extensive experience on development, planning, briefing, construction and design across all sectors. He is keen to promote good design and recently led the creation of a new Southwark/LHC Architects framework. As a volunteer Bruce is also a school governor and keeps up date on all education matters.
