Callum is the Founder of CrystalEyes, a bespoke consultancy supporting organisations with any aspect of disability inclusion, with a particular interest in the needs of those who are vision impaired. He has spent considerable time advising businesses on inclusive design, with clients including The Crown Estate and Grosvenor. Through his role as an Associate for Inclusive Trading CIC, the trading arm of the British Association for Supported Employment (BASE), he has co-authored a white paper on the gold standard for accessibility and inclusion. Callum also undertakes access audits of websites, key documents and company recruitment processes and brings extensive experience of delivering tailored disability access training, thus ensuring that inclusive design goes beyond the built environment.
