A highly experienced and respected executive, specialising in the project management of urban regeneration and redevelopment. With over 25 years of expertise in the planning and delivery of large-scale, multi-phased, multi-million-pound public sector developments, her portfolio includes housing, mixed-use schemes, educational institutions, senior living, and specialist supported housing. 

Caroline has built a strong reputation as a trusted Project Director and strategic advisor to public sector housebuilders, recognised for delivering high-quality, client-focused services across all phases of complex developments. Her work consistently reflects a deep commitment to placemaking, social value, and public sector excellence. 

As a former senior partner at Airey Miller, Caroline spent eight years leading major regeneration programmes in partnership with local authorities. She also served as Chair of the Councils Building Homes forum—an influential platform promoting collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and best practice in the direct delivery of public sector housing. 

A passionate collaborator, mentor, and thought leader, alongside her board roles Caroline remains an active voice in the housing sector. She champions innovation, inclusion, and best practice in social housing delivery, and describes her mission as being a transformational leader—committed to generating lasting societal value for underrepresented communities in London and beyond.
