Caroline has built a strong reputation as a trusted Project Director and strategic advisor to public sector housebuilders, recognised for delivering high-quality, client-focused services across all phases of complex developments. Her work consistently reflects a deep commitment to placemaking, social value, and public sector excellence.
As a former senior partner at Airey Miller, Caroline spent eight years leading major regeneration programmes in partnership with local authorities. She also served as Chair of the Councils Building Homes forum—an influential platform promoting collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and best practice in the direct delivery of public sector housing.
