Charlotte is a Structural Engineer with a keen interest in working on buildings that give something back to society & the environment. She has worked on a range of projects, some of the most inspiring being where you really have to think outside the box on how to solve design problems, from existing buildings with occupied spaces; working with the existing structure to create new spaces whilst leaving nearby areas undisturbed, to working with exciting building materials such as strawbale to create low-carbon designs whilst still creating a striking aesthetic.
