Chloë heads up the Common Ground Architecture team, a commercial architecture practice established by Croydon Council.

This is alongside her role as Head of Design for development company Brick by Brick where she is responsible for ensuring design quality is realised on all projects from project initiation through to delivery on site. Prior to this Chloe had a leading role in the Placemaking Team at Croydon Council and as a Project Director at Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands.
