A member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, Chris joined Grainger in July 2011 following 6 years at a major, international architect’s practice.  Having worked on many high profile, complex schemes in the UK and Australia, Chris specialises in the planning and delivery of high value projects.  Since joining Grainger, Chris has procured and delivered approximately £175m of construction; across various residential typologies ranging from low to high density, strategic sites and tall buildings.  Beyond his involvement at a project level, Chris is a member of Grainger’s Sustainability, Health & Safety and Development Boards.
