Chris Porter is a Transport Planning Manager in TfL Planning. He is currently leading on a number of road and rail projects including, the proposed London Overground extension to Barking Riverside, which was subject to Public Inquiry in October 2016 and the proposed A13 Riverside Tunnel. Prior to this, he led the project team responsible for delivering the Transport & Works Act (TWAO) application for the Northern line extension to Battersea. He has also worked on development and transport projects across London including at Croydon, Earls Court and Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Battersea.
