Chris is a director at Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands with over 17 years of experience, specialising in workplace and mixed-use developments. Having finished a masters degree in Architectural Engineering, Chris worked as a façade engineer before completing his architectural training at the University of Liverpool. Since joining Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands in 2005, he has worked on many retail, office, residential and mixed-use developments in the U.K. and abroad, at all design stages. In the office sector, Chris has recently delivered The JJ Mack building, a 325,000 sqft office building in the heart of Farringdon for Helical and Ashby Capital. He is currently involved in 2 extensive office refurbishment projects in The City and Tower Hamlets, Eldon House and The Folgate Building for CLI Dartriver.
