Claire is a Smart Places Associate Director with experience in innovation & building technology strategy. After 20 years in Financial Services Claire took a career break to study for an MSc in Cities at the LSE before joining WSP She designs and delivers strategies for building operators to embrace the transformational potential of emerging technologies..  Claire is the Inclusion and Diversity lead for WSP UK’s Property & Buildings division.

 

Claire is interested in human behaviour and helping places evolve. The Smart Places team guide clients exploring the technologies in the market, using a human centered design process to narrow down which technologies will deliver maximum value for their buildings, places and operators.  Claire then guide clients through the practical steps to integrate these new technologies to make great places.
