Claire brings over 15 years’ experience delivering complex, landmark developments and plays a key role in shaping Avanton’s contribution to the regeneration of the Old Kent Road. With a background in architecture, she brings a strong design perspective and a keen eye for detail to large-scale projects. At Avanton, she has been closely involved in the delivery of THE BeCa, the first phase of the wider Ruby Triangle masterplan, helping to bring forward a high-quality residential scheme that forms part of the area’s long-term transformation. She is also working closely with Southwark Council on the future phases of Ruby Triangle and the nearby Gasholders site as plans for the area continue to evolve. Her work spans securing major planning permissions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects balance strong design with commercial viability.
