Claire is a chartered town planner with over 10 years of experience gained within both the private and public sector. 

Having spent over 7 years as a planner within two local authorities and a private planning consultancy, Claire moved to an existing client, Landid, a property developer widening the planning remit to include all areas of development from acquisition though to delivery and the letting of space.  Claire has recently taken up a role at St George Developments, working on a number of high profile large mixed use regeneration schemes.
