Claire is a board Land Director at St George, a leading mixed use developer in London and proud member of the Berkeley Group. She has over 15 years experience in the development industry, working across both the public and private sectors, and has expertise in the sourcing and land acquisition, analysis of development options, community engagement, planning, delivery and construction implementation. Claire joined St George in 2017 and has worked on a number of large scale regeneration projects, including Grand Union in Brent, a 22-acre former industrial estates which is now being transformed into a welcoming new part of Alperton with 3,350 mixed tenure homes, new public space and amenities and a multi-storey industrial building. Claire also has a lead role in the on-going delivery of Camden Goods Yard, a major brownfield mixed use regeneration scheme in Camden. Claire is a member of the RTPI.
