Connor has nearly 20 years’ experience of regeneration, planning and development working in London local authorities and with the Greater London Authority.  This included securing multi-million pound investments to enable housing and employment growth and infrastructure projects. Notable examples include the regeneration of Kings Cross Central and coordinating multiple partners to unlock 3,500 new homes and 8,500 new jobs in Vauxhall. At Ealing Council, he manages a multidisciplinary department that integrates jobs-led regeneration, investment, economic development, adult learning and skills and maintains a number strategic partnerships, including with the Old Oak & Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) and Heathrow Airport Limited.
