Constantin M. Cotzias is head of government affairs, business development and strategy at Bloomberg L.P. 

Cotzias was previously global head of Bloomberg Law, Bloomberg's legal news and research platform.  He joined Bloomberg in 2001 as chief counsel and compliance officer. Prior to Bloomberg, Cotzias was a senior mergers and acquisitions lawyer at SNR Denton (formally Denton Wilde Sapte), one of the United Kingdom's largest law firms, where he advised on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and IPOs within the media, telecoms, technology and energy sectors.  From 1998 - 2000, he was chief counsel at Denton Wilde Sapte's Moscow office.
