Councillor Damian White is the Leader of Havering Council and has held this position since May 2018. From 2014-2018 Councillor White was the Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Housing. 

Councillor White has served as a local councillor in Romford since 2010, firstly in Hylands ward until 2014, before representing the Squirrels Heath ward from 2014 onwards.
