With 19 years of experience spanning an extensive project range from science parks to masterplanning, Damian is expert in strategy, creative solutions, and process optimisation for real estate, and a serial innovator in cutting edge technologies.

Drawing on an earlier successful career in fine art and sculpture, he champions design quality and focuses particularly on urban regeneration and the highly complex cut and carve reinvention of existing assets. He is Chair of the Board of Trustees for Art Academy London, having helped found the challenger art school in 2000, and was instrumental in establishing its new HQ campus at Triptych next to Tate Modern.
