Dan Bayley has over 25 years’ experience in the London office leasing market.  His main focus is advising occupiers and has been fortunate enough to advise on major acquisitions in the City, Docklands, Southbank and Stratford. He is a board member of the BCO and a keen advocate of cycling to and from the office. Clients he has worked for include Bloomberg, EBRD, Transport for London, News UK, The Guardian, The Government Property Agency, IBM, Derwent London and Canary Wharf Group.
