David is a town planner and urban designer specialising in urban regeneration and has over 25 years experience in both the public and private sectors. 

Having been based in east London for the last 18 years, he has been involved in delivering a wide range of projects in one of the most dynamic locations in the country. Having previously managed the planning and development team at Leaside Regeneration, he formed the planning and development consultancy; Leaside Planning Limited, in 2011. David works closely with Poplar HARCA and, since 2001, he has been involved in the planning of many of their estate renewal programmes.
