David Churchill specialises in the promotion of large-scale projects in the housing, retail, employment and major infrastructure sectors. From inception, David manages the planning and EIA processes, through to detailed planning stages. David also has wide experience at appeal and plan examination processes, acting as expert witness at Inquiries and Examinations. This experience is complemented by further experience in the process of challenging decisions through the statutory channels.
