David has been working in Planning at Brent Council for over 13 years. 

He has been the Interim Development Management Manager since November 2017, overseeing up the Development Management and Technical Support teams who deal with almost 6,000 planning applications each year.  Before that he was a DM Area Team Leader covering the northern half of the borough.  David has worked on a large number of projects in Wembley, Alperton and Stonebridge, with permission granted for over 8,000 homes and a large number of commercial developments.
