David is a Chartered Surveyor, and has degrees in Geography (Cambridge University) and Urban Regeneration (UCL). His expertise is in the acquisition and pre-development of major mixed-use projects. He spent 12 years in various senior roles at Lendlease Development where his projects included the London 2012 Athletes Village, Elephant and Castle, Greenwich Peninsula, Stratford City International Quarter and Deptford Wharves. Since joining Stanhope in 2015, David has been involved with Stanhope’s major projects including Television Centre, White City Place and the British Library, with his current focus being Royal Street. David represents Stanhope on the Development Committee of the British Property Federation and was previously a Board Member of Origin Housing Association.
