A qualified planner, urban designer and heritage consultant, he brings an integrated skill set spanning tall buildings policy, design governance, townscape and heritage assessment, supporting the successful securing of planning permission and listed building consent for complex schemes. He also provides expert witness evidence on heritage, townscape and visual matters at planning inquiry appeals.
