David has over fifteen years’ experience as a London-based structural engineer. He is passionate about working on refurbishment projects in residential and commercial sectors and enjoys the technical challenges that refurbishment of historic structures can bring.

 

Since joining Heyne Tillett Steel in 2013, David has worked extensively on projects which involve refurbishment works to historic and listed buildings including commercial redevelopments at Dartmouth St, Pall Mall and 3 Cavendish Square.

 

He is currently leading commercial refurbishment projects at Victoria House, London and St Philips Place, Birmingham. He has also been involved with a number of refurbishment projects for the Grosvenor Estate.
