Donna is an Executive Director of Tottenham Hotspur FC and Director of Tottenham Hotspur Women FC. She has spent over 30 years in business management. She is a Trustee of the Club’s Foundation and a Director of the London School of Excellence Tottenham, located alongside the stadium and supported by the Club.

Donna was previously at Chime plc. She specialised in the field of corporate and financial communications and marketing, having also worked in public affairs. She advised the Club over a period of 14 years prior to joining the Board in 2006, Donna currently oversees the Club's Planning Consultations, Corporate Affairs, Communications, Content and Marketing activities.
