As senior learning and development lead at Ryder Architecture, Izzy oversees the delivery of the award winning Plan BEE apprenticeship across London, Newcastle and Manchester and has oversight of Ryder’s Level 7 architecture apprentices (23 to date). She is also the liaison for our relationship with The London School of Architecture, with whom we collaborate on innovative educational initiatives such as Part 0 (including PlanBEE) and Part 4.
