Since 2004, Sharon has acted as an Education Adviser to both clients and contractors.

She has particular expertise in brief development, design review and evaluation, and has worked on all forms of procurement across the schools sector. She started her career in the civil service and was a Fellow in Organisational Development at OPM before becoming Managing Director of School Works, a not for profit company which promoted good school design through user involvement. Sharon is also a Trustee of a new Free School in West London.
