Prior to the merger with the Cathedral Group, Duncan was a Director of the Project’s Board and Head of Delivery at Development Securities.

His primary role at U+I is to establish and grow a Build to Rent Platform. Using his management experience and the resources of U+I, it is the intention that Duncan will take on the role of Managing Director of the Platform, delivering the Build to Rent portfolio to the Fund, developing the brand and setting up the operations business.
