Eleanor Purser is the Interim Director of Warmer Homes London, whose mission is to make Londoner’s homes greener, healthier and more affordable to heat. Created in joint partnership between the Mayor of London and London Councils, Warmer Homes London forges partnerships London boroughs, national government, housing associations, building contractors and professional skills trainers to scale up the rate at which London’s 3.7m homes are retrofitted.
