Ellen Hadden, an experienced architect, is Quality & Design Manager at Places for London. Ellen’s role is to embed design and sustainability into the organisation’s ambitious development programme of 20,000 new homes delivered on 5,500 acres of land across the capital.
Ellen’s 20 year career encompasses designing and delivering innovative masterplanning, residential, education and public realm projects at DSDHA and Penoyre & Prasad, ensuring that design and sustainability was a core focus of the planning process at the London Borough of Havering and a cycling and urban design research fellowship with the Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851.
