Ellen is Peabody’s Director of Strategy and Programme within the Sustainable Places Directorate. She leads on strategic planning, programme management, research and impact measurement. Ellen has worked on the Thamesmead regeneration programme since 2014, when Peabody took on responsibility for managing the area. Previously, she worked in community development before becoming an executive researcher for Peabody’s CEO as part of Peabody’s graduate management training.
