Emily is a Senior Surveyor in the London Industrial Agency team with a principal focus on the London and South East industrial market. She has been in the team since September 2019 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2020. She effectively manages work from a variety of clients, giving a wide breadth of advice specialising in advising a range of industrial occupiers and landlords on their leasehold property strategies including both acquisitions and disposals. She is one of the key contacts for Ocado Group, Wolseley UK, Arch Co, USS, Margaret Howell Ltd and National Theatre
