Emma joined Ryder as a Design Assistant in 2020 and subsequently received the Ryder Bursary in 2022 enabling her to continue her architectural studies. During her studies, she explored housing, adaptive reuse, and the wider civic implications of architecture on communities.

She returned to Ryder in 2024 as an Architectural Trainee in our London team working across Residential, Retail and Education projects.
