Emma Dandy is Head of Planning at The Earls Court Development Company (ECDC), an Earl’s Court-based business, responsible for the transformation of the c.44-acre, former Earls Court Exhibition Centre site on behalf of the Earls Court Partnership Limited – a joint venture between Delancey (on behalf of its client funds) and the Dutch pension fund manager, APG and Transport for London (TfL).
Emma joined ECDC at the start of 2023, and has led the team to submit one of the largest, most complex planning applications seen in London. Emma navigated an involved pre-application process, balancing the requirements of two boroughs and the GLA, alongside the ambitions of ECDC, to shape a robust future-facing hybrid planning application.
Before ECDC, Emma has held positions as Associate Director of Planning at Canary Wharf Group where she was part of the team delivering consents including Wood Wharf, Newfoundland and the Society Generale HQ, and also an associate at DP9 working on projects including Chelsea Barracks, the V&A extension and Heron Plaza.
