Emma is Deputy Director for Housing Growth with a focus on site based interventions to unlock housing supply. She is specifically responsible for the Large Scale Development Programme, the Builders Finance Fund, Housing Zones  and the Get Britain Building Programme. Previous roles have included delivery of the Low Cost Home Ownership Programme and Green Deal financing , whilst on secondment to the Department for Energy and Climate Change. She has worked for DCLG since 2004.
