Emma Williamson
Emma is the Director of Planning at Old Oak and Park Royal Mayoral Development Corporation (OPDC) and was previously the Assistant Director for Planning, Building Standards and Sustainability at Haringey Council. Emma is an integral part of the team rejuvenating the 650 hectare site in West London, part of which will be the brand new HS2 and Crossrail station and delivering 25,500 homes and 56,000 new jobs. Emma has more than 25 years industry experience and has a strong track record for securing planning for major strategic regeneration schemes, including Argent’s £500m Tottenham Hale development and Spurs’ Stadium redevelopment whilst at Haringey Council. In her time at the GLA Emma worked on a number of London’s biggest regeneration schemes including Chelsea Barracks, Wood Wharf and London’s Royal Docks, as well as working with a number of London Boroughs on the development of their core strategies.
